LARGS BAY INTRODUCTION SESSION

Why not come along to our free 'Come and Try' session! We have created this to give us the opportunity to show you and your child how fun, inclusive, supportive and competitive sailing can be, depending on what your child's goals are. 

Our club is family friendly, with all of our instructors being highly experienced, highly qualified, and ready to show you and your child what sailing can offer them. 

Two free come and try sessions

Ages: 4 to 12

Participants can continue progressing through our sailing pathways at Largs Bay Sailing Club. 

1. Little Tackers - Ages 4-7 years old. 
2. Tackers 1, 2 and 3 programs - Ages 7 - 12 years old. 
3. Green Fleet - Age is dependent on students skills - Competitive Sailling can start here. 
4. Intermediate Fleet - Age is dependent on students skill - Competitive

ALGAL BLOOM

Largs Bay Sailing Club will follow the governments guidance on the current Algal Bloom situation, and how it relates to our activities. Participants are reminded that the decision to participate rests solely with the participant and/or their parents. While reasonable precautions will be made, Largs Bay Sailing Club can not be held responsible for any health effects as a result of the algae exposure. 

Course Overview
Fun and games at a Tackers Centre for 4-6 year-olds. Little Tackers is run in small groups of no more than 6 participants with close supervision from qualified Tackers Instructors. 

Course Prerequisites

• 4-6 years-old

Who should do this course?

This course is designed for 4-6 year-old children wanting to have fun at a Sailing Club and learn basic movement skills learned through play.

Course Outcome

You will gain your Little Tackers completion certificate.
